• The Short Break price shown refers to both a 3 night break (Friday to Monday) and a 4 night break (Monday to Friday)

We base our prices on those set by our booking agents who set and manage the prices. As these prices can change, there may be a disconnect between their prices and ours. However, by booking directly with us, our prices are NOT subject to any additional 'booking fees'.

If you find this property cheaper elsewhere, let us know and once verified by us, we will match that price, but with no booking fees.

• Our changeover days are Mondays and Fridays.  Arrivals are from 4.00pm and departures are before 09.30am.
• Short breaks are available and can be either Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights).  Excludes Christmas and New Year, where short breaks will depend on which days Xmas and New Year fall.
• These prices are for the number of available adult main bed spaces.  Additional persons/beds, if when available are charged at £30 each per stay to cover additional linen, towels, utilities etc. 
• Well behaved dogs are £25 per dog per stay.
• Linen and towels are included, based upon the number of adult main bed spaces in the property booked. Additional linen packs and towel sets are available if required at an extra charge.
• Electricity and heating is included (unless we arrange a separate agreement with you) subject to a generous fair use policy.
• Free WiFi is available throughout Helme Pasture
• Standard practise is for guests to leave the property as found, but an optional cleaning service is available upon request for £30.00.
