The resident
family's converted farmhouse and cottages nestle at the side of a steep
hill on an unclassified country road in the beautiful Nidderdale countryside,
on the edge of the spectacular Yorkshire Dales. All face South overlooking
wonderful views.

Old Barn and Byre Cottages |
The
cottages sleep from 2-4 people. They are open all year, and are available
for long or short lets or overflow accommodation.
They are well equipped and in a superb location
surrounded by mature woodland, within several miles of many attractions
such as Fountains Abbey, Ripley Castle and Brimham Rocks.

This quiet, private
studio on the ground floor of the
converted farmhouse has been created to
enable guests to be
independent. South facing, the studio
overlooks the secluded garden. It is well furnished, complete with a
double bed and colour
television, and there is an en-suite bath and separate shower. A perfect cosy "snug"
for 2
people.
The
kitchen area provides simple catering facilities, with fridge, microwave
with grill, toaster and all the basic essentials for cooking.

The
Byre is on the ground floor of the converted farmhouse.

is a double bedroom and an open plan sitting room with additional sleeping.
There is an integral kitchen/dining area.The bathroom and landing are
at the top of a small flight of stairs.
There are all
the facilities needed for a comfortable holiday for up to 2+ people.

The Old
Barn is above the Byre with a large open plan living/dining/kitchen.
It has 2 large windows and sunlight floods through into the the room.
A staircase leads onto the top floor with large windows overlooking
woodland at the back. One bedroom leads through to the other.
